- Detangle gently from the ends upward.
- Use moisturizing products suitable for the texture and rinse thoroughly.
- If heat styling is appropriate for the product, use heat protectant and moderate heat.
- Protect the hair with satin or silk while sleeping.

Request deadline: Return and exchange requests must be submitted within 3 business days of carrier-confirmed delivery.
Required condition: Products must remain unused, unwashed, uninstalled, uncut, uncolored, unbrushed, uncombed, unraveled, and otherwise unaltered, with the original packaging, ties, tags, accessories, and configuration intact.
