- Shipping Information
- o Orders are shipped within 24 hours of order placement Monday – Friday. Once shipped, orders will arrive within 1 to 5 business days for regular ground shipping. Next day shipping is available with an additional fee. There is no free shipping for international orders (Rates may vary depending on shipment destination).
- Order Processing
- Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an address other than the billing address may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified. Her Hair Company has the right to decline an order and issue a refund at our sole option.
- Tracking Information
- You will receive an email with a tracking number after your items have been shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number within 24 hours of placing your order, call Her Hair Company at 1-888-597-6667. Please, have your order number prepared when you call.
- We do not ship on holidays and in the occurrence of a natural disaster.
- Rare, but if a backorder occurs on your item(s); you will be placed on a priority waitlist. We will immediately ship item(s) upon arrival. To add, we will contact you by phone with the estimated arrival date. If we are unable to ship the backordered item(s) in a reasonable length of time of 7 to 10 days, we will contact you immediately and offer you an option of a full payment refund.
- Order Cancellation and Modification Policy
- Orders can be changed, modified, or cancelled for “full refund” until the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it can only be returned or exchanged under certain terms and conditions. Please, refer to Return and Exchange Policy.
- Return and Exchange policy
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return an eligible item for 100% exchange or refund (not including shipping charges). The item(s) must be post dated within 15 days of the shipment received date, provided you follow the proper return procedure and eligibility guidelines as described on our website. Returns/exchanges received after 15 days will not be accepted. Returns/exchanges are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Return shipping charges cannot be refunded.
- All of our hair has undergone a quality assurance process to ensure it is free of imperfections. But, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different please call customer service within 15 days of receipt date we will gladly exchange it.
- We will not exchange any item(s) that have been used.
*Her Hair Company has the right to refuse the return/exchange of any item(s) based on the following reasons:
- The merchandise must be returned/exchanged in its original state. We will not accept any hair pieces that have been worn or used, have loosened curls, have visible tangles, have visible hair products, have been bleached, or colored, chemically processed, emits odors, the wefts have been cut into pieces, or hair length or volume is trimmed by cutting.
- The merchandise is damaged.
- Pieces of the product are missing.
- It is past the acceptable 15 days.
- Original tags and packing are missing or damaged.
Return and Exchange Procedure
Our Customer Service Center will personally guide you over the phone to assist you with your returns and exchanges. All you have to do is follow the authorized Return and Exchange procedure as illustrated here, for an eligible return or exchange.
- When you receive your item(s), open the box and visually examine the product to verify if you have received the texture that you ordered. You can gently take the hair out of the plastic. At this time you can determine if the products you have received are damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered. Please, contact us immediately.
- Be Aware! Your return or exchange request cannot be accepted without an approved RIN by our customer service center. Please, do not ship back any purchased item to any address obtained from our website, documents or packing without contacting our customer service and obtaining and RIN first. The return address is different.
