Shipping Information

Orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours of order placement Monday – Friday. Once shipped, orders arrive within 5 business days for Ground shipping. With Express 2-day shipping, the order can arrive within 1 to 2 days. Pricing and processing time of shipping can change at any time. 

**Select textures may exempt from this and will be stated on all shopping pages.**

We have a standard 24-48 hour processing time prior to the shipment of all orders.

This processing timeframe is subject to change due to sales or holidays.

*************INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: There is a possible Customs fee that can be requested by the postal service upon delivery/receipt of the package. Her Hair Company is not at liberty to calculate or charge customer as we have no control over the fees required outside of regular shipping fees. Order Processing

Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an address other than the billing address may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified. Her Hair Company has the right to decline an order and issue a refund at our sole option. Confirmation of billing may be required and customer can/will be contacted via phone and email to complete. 

Tracking Information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your items have been shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order, call Her Hair Company at 1-888-597-6667. Please, have your order number prepared when you call.

We do not ship on weekends, holidays, and in the occurrence of a natural disaster.


Rare, but if a backorder occurs on your item(s); you will be placed on a priority waitlist. We will immediately ship item(s) upon arrival. To add, we will contact you by phone or email with the estimated arrival date. If we are unable to ship the backordered item(s) in a reasonable length of time of 7 to 10 days, we will contact you immediately and offer you an option of a full payment refund.

Order Cancellation and Modification Policy

Orders can be changed or modified but never cancelled for “full refund”. As we DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, due to the nature of the product. Once the order has been placed, we will only make modifications to the order. Please, refer to Return and Exchange Policy. 

Return and Exchange policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may exchange an eligible item for a different item, excluding the original shipping charges and taxes, within 3 days of the shipment received date, provided you follow the proper return procedure and eligibility guidelines as described on our website. Exchanges are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Exchange shipping charges cannot be refunded.

All hair has undergone a quality assurance process to ensure it is free of imperfections. But, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different please call customer service within 3 days of receipt date we will gladly exchange it and begin the exchange process. 

We will not exchange any item(s) that have been used.


*Her Hair Company has the right to refuse the return/exchange of any item(s) based on the following reasons:

  1. The merchandise must be returned/exchanged in its original state. We will not accept any hair pieces that have been worn or used, have loosened curls, have visible tangles, have visible hair products, have been bleached, or colored, chemically processed, emits odors, the wefts have been cut into pieces, or hair length or volume is trimmed by cutting.
  2. The merchandise is damaged.
  3. Pieces of the product are missing.
  4. It is past the acceptable 3 days.
  5. Original tags and packing are missing or damaged.


Return and Exchange Procedure:

Our Customer Service Center will personally guide you over the phone to assist you with your returns and exchanges. All you have to do is follow the authorized Return and Exchange procedure as illustrated here, for an eligible return or exchange.

When you receive you item(s), open the box and visually examine the product to verify if you have received the texture and lengths you ordered. You can gently take the hair out of the plastic. At this time you can determine if the products you have received are damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered. Please, contact us immediately with any discrepancy. 

Call 1-888-597-6667, which is our customer service number that will be on the Thank You letter that you will receive, or our website. Our customer service associate will then guide you through the exchange procedure.

Be aware! Your exchange request cannot be accepted without contacting a representative first! Please, do not ship back any purchased item to any address obtained from our website, documents, or packing without contacting our customer service.
