Request deadline: Return and exchange requests must be submitted within 3 business days of carrier-confirmed delivery.
Required condition: Products must remain unused, unwashed, uninstalled, uncut, uncolored, unbrushed, uncombed, unraveled, and otherwise unaltered, with the original packaging, ties, tags, accessories, and configuration intact.
Customer-preference returns: Returns based on preference, an incorrect selection, or a change of mind are not free. The customer is responsible for return shipping and applicable outbound or replacement shipping costs.
Verified HHC error: Her Hair Company covers approved return shipping only for a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
