Do not alter before inspection: Do not wash, brush, comb, unravel, install, cut, color, bleach, tint, pluck, or otherwise change the product if you may need to request a return or exchange.

- Follow your installer’s maintenance and move-up schedule.

Returns & Exchanges 3-business-day requests · Unused items only
Request deadline: Return and exchange requests must be submitted within 3 business days of carrier-confirmed delivery.
Required condition: Products must remain unused, unwashed, uninstalled, uncut, uncolored, unbrushed, uncombed, unraveled, and otherwise unaltered, with the original packaging, ties, tags, accessories, and configuration intact.
Customer-preference returns: Returns based on preference, an incorrect selection, or a change of mind are not free. The customer is responsible for return shipping and applicable outbound or replacement shipping costs.
Verified HHC error: Her Hair Company covers approved return shipping only for a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Authorization required: Do not send any product until written approval and the correct return instructions have been issued.

Estas extensiones brasileñas Tape-In se instalan con tiras adhesivas en lugar de tramas cosidas o pinzas temporales. Elige Straight para un acabado más liso o Body Wave para un movimiento suave. Consulta a un estilista cualificado sobre la colocación, cómo se integrará con tu cabello y cuántas unidades seleccionadas requiere tu instalación. El nombre de la opción no determina por sí solo el número de tiras adhesivas ni el peso total del cabello.

Las longitudes van de 14 a 30 pulgadas en Straight y Body Wave. El selector incluye entradas de longitud individual, como Body Wave de 18 pulgadas, y etiquetas de dos longitudes iguales, como 18 + 18 pulgadas. Compara toda la selección de longitud y textura antes de pagar: la disponibilidad no es idéntica en todas las combinaciones. Las extensiones largas pueden requerir más planificación para mantener la densidad de las puntas.
