Our goal is to provide reliable, efficient shipping for every order. Orders are processed on business days and shipped as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Delivery Timeframe
The total delivery time includes processing time plus shipping time.
- Processing Time: 24–48 business hours
- U.S. Delivery Time: 2 business days after shipment
- Canada & Mexico: 2–5 business days after shipment
- International Delivery: 7–10 business days after shipment
Processing time may be extended during sales events, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
No shipments are processed on weekends or holidays.

Order Processing
Orders with incorrect billing or shipping information may experience delays. Her Hair Company reserves the right to cancel and refund any order if order verification cannot be completed.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days after placing your order, please contact us at: info@herhaircompany.com.
International Orders & Customs Fees
International and non-domestic orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Her Hair Company does not collect or control these fees.
Backorders
In the rare event that an item is on backorder, you will be notified by email with an estimated restock date. If the item cannot be shipped within 7–10 business days, you will be offered a full refund.
Cancellation & Modification Policy
Orders may be modified or canceled within 1 calendar day of placement, provided the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
