Order Delivery Timeframe
The total delivery time consists of two parts:
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days
- Shipping Time: 1–10 business days (depending on destination and shipping method)

Shipping Fees
Free standard shipping (FedEx / USPS) within the United States.
UPS Express 1 business day shipping: $20

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours before shipment. Processing time may be extended during sales events or holidays.
No shipments are processed on weekends or holidays.
International Orders & Customs Fees
International and non-domestic orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes upon delivery. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Her Hair Company does not collect or control these fees.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders with incorrect billing or shipping information may experience delays. Her Hair Company reserves the right to cancel any order and issue a refund if verification cannot be completed.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at: info@herhaircompany.com
BACKORDERS
In the rare event that an item is on backorder, you will be notified via email with an estimated restock date. If the item cannot be shipped within 7–10 business days, you will be offered a full refund.
CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION POLICY
Orders may be modified or canceled within 1 calendar day of placement, provided the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
