You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to submit an order. By using the website, you represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

You may use the website only for lawful personal shopping and related customer-service purposes. You may not use it in a way that violates applicable law, another person’s rights, or these terms.

2. Products and Natural Variation

Human hair is a natural product. Individual bundles, closures, frontals, wigs, clip-ins, tape-ins, bulk hair, crochet hair, and other products may vary slightly in shade, strand diameter, texture, curl or wave pattern, luster, density, and overall appearance.

Texture and Pattern

Product photographs and videos are provided as visual references. Natural variation may occur between the product shown, different bundles in the same order, and the product received. Minor natural variation does not automatically mean that a product is defective.

Color

Natural black hair may include shades commonly described as Natural Black, Off Black, Dark Brown, or approximately 1B. Lighting, photography, browser settings, and screen calibration can also affect how color appears online.

Length

Hair length is generally measured when the hair is stretched straight. Wavy and curly textures may appear shorter in their natural state because of wave formation, curl formation, and shrinkage.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices, and availability accurate. Minor errors or omissions may occur. We may correct information or update product details when reasonably necessary.

3. Installation, Care, and Product Alteration

Installation, washing, brushing, combing, cutting, coloring, bleaching, lifting, tinting, perming, relaxing, plucking, lace customization, adhesive use, heat styling, and chemical processing may permanently change a product.

These processes can increase the risk of dryness, shedding, breakage, tangling, matting, color change, texture change, or reduced product life. Results depend on the product, technique, processing time, temperature, products used, installation method, maintenance, and the individual performing the service.

We recommend that permanent chemical treatments, cutting, lace customization, and professional installation be performed by an experienced and appropriately qualified professional.

Her Hair Company is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, excessive heat, incompatible products, chemical processing, poor maintenance, unauthorized alteration, or services performed by a customer or third party.

Before washing, installing, cutting, coloring, brushing, combing, unraveling, or otherwise altering a product, inspect it and review the current Return & Exchange Policy. Altered or used products may no longer qualify for return or exchange.

4. Orders, Acceptance, and Product Availability

An order confirmation means that we received your order. It does not guarantee final acceptance, product availability, verification approval, or shipment.

Adding a product to your cart does not reserve inventory. Products and variants remain subject to availability until the order is accepted and processed.

We may limit quantities, discontinue products, restrict sales, reject an order, or cancel all or part of an order when reasonably necessary because of inventory, payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing or technical errors, shipping restrictions, legal requirements, misuse, or other circumstances that prevent fulfillment.

If an unavailable or cancelled item was charged, an applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time for the credit to appear depends on the payment provider or financial institution.

5. Pricing, Promotions, and Discount Codes

The price accepted at checkout is the price applicable to that order, subject to correction of an obvious pricing or technical error. Prices may change without notice, and a later promotion or markdown cannot be applied retroactively to an order already submitted.

Taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other applicable fees may be added where required and will be displayed or described at checkout when available.

Unless a promotion expressly states otherwise:

• Only one promotional code may be used per order.
• Discount codes cannot be combined or stacked.
• Codes cannot be applied after an order is submitted.
• Promotions may have product, date, destination, or spending exclusions.
• Discounts have no cash value.
• Gift cards and products marked Final Sale may be excluded.

We may decline or cancel a discount that results from fraud, technical error, unauthorized distribution, duplication, circumvention, or violation of the stated promotional conditions.

6. Payments and Order Verification

Payment is due when an order is submitted. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may change over time. Payment processing may be provided by third-party providers subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and billing information submitted with the order.

To protect customers and Her Hair Company from fraud, unauthorized transactions, and account misuse, we may review an order before shipment. Verification may be required when information is incomplete, billing and shipping details differ, an order has elevated risk indicators, or a payment or fraud-prevention provider requests review.

When reasonably necessary, we may request limited order, identity, billing, or payment confirmation. Verification information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Verification may delay processing. If required verification cannot be completed, we may cancel the affected order and issue an applicable refund to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders reasonably suspected of fraud, unauthorized resale, payment misuse, policy abuse, or other unlawful activity.

7. Shipping, Delivery, Order Changes, Returns, and Refunds

Processing times, shipping methods, free-shipping qualifications, delivery estimates, customs information, tracking, address corrections, carrier claims, and returned-to-sender procedures are governed by the current Shipping Policy.

Requests to cancel or modify an order must be submitted within one hour of placing the order. We will make reasonable efforts to help, but approval is not guaranteed after processing begins. Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled or modified.

Return and exchange requests must be submitted within 3 business days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date and are governed by the current Return & Exchange Policy.

Eligible products must remain unused, unwashed, uninstalled, uncut, uncolored, unbrushed, uncombed, unraveled, and otherwise unaltered, with the original packaging, ties, tags, accessories, and configuration intact.

For customer-preference returns or exchanges, including a change of mind or incorrect product selection, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any applicable replacement reshipping cost. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable and may be deducted from an eligible refund.

If Her Hair Company verifies that an item was damaged before delivery, defective, incorrect, or affected by a fulfillment error, we will cover the approved return shipping cost and provide an appropriate resolution under the Return & Exchange Policy.

Please inspect products promptly after delivery and before washing, installing, cutting, coloring, brushing, combing, unraveling, or otherwise altering them.

8. Customer Accounts and Prohibited Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account or payment information has been used without authorization.

You may not use the website or services to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, or third-party right.
• Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized orders or claims.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority.
• Interfere with website security, access restricted systems, or bypass technical controls.

You retain ownership of Customer Content you create. By submitting, tagging, sending, or otherwise making Customer Content available to Her Hair Company, you grant HER HAIR SLAY INC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, translate, display, distribute, and promote that content in connection with the website, social media, email, advertising, marketing, and business operations.

You represent that:

• You own the content or have permission to submit and license it.
• You have permission from identifiable people appearing in the content.
• The content is accurate and does not infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
• The content does not contain unlawful, abusive, deceptive, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, or harmful material.
