  • Wash only as needed and allow the hair to dry fully before storage.
  • Store clean, dry, and unclipped to protect the clips and wefts.

Returns & Exchanges 3-business-day requests · Unused items only

Request deadline: Return and exchange requests must be submitted within 3 business days of carrier-confirmed delivery.

Required condition: Products must remain unused, unwashed, uninstalled, uncut, uncolored, unbrushed, uncombed, unraveled, and otherwise unaltered, with the original packaging, ties, tags, accessories, and configuration intact.
