Do not alter before inspection: Do not wash, brush, comb, unravel, install, cut, color, bleach, tint, pluck, or otherwise change the product if you may need to request a return or exchange.
- Remove before sleeping or showering, detangle gently, and store clean and dry
- Remove the extensions before sleeping, showering, or swimming.
- Detangle gently from the ends upward before and after wear.
- Wash only as needed and allow the hair to dry fully before storage.
- Store clean, dry, and unclipped to protect the clips and wefts.
Returns & Exchanges 3-business-day requests · Unused items only
Request deadline: Return and exchange requests must be submitted within 3 business days of carrier-confirmed delivery.
Required condition: Products must remain unused, unwashed, uninstalled, uncut, uncolored, unbrushed, uncombed, unraveled, and otherwise unaltered, with the original packaging, ties, tags, accessories, and configuration intact.
Customer-preference returns: Returns based on preference, an incorrect selection, or a change of mind are not free. The customer is responsible for return shipping and applicable outbound or replacement shipping costs.
Verified HHC error: Her Hair Company covers approved return shipping only for a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Authorization required: Do not send any product until written approval and the correct return instructions have been issued.
