Do not alter before inspection: Do not wash, brush, comb, unravel, install, cut, color, bleach, tint, pluck, or otherwise change the product if you may need to request a return or exchange.

- Detangle gently from the ends upward.
- Use moisturizing products suitable for the texture and rinse thoroughly.
- If heat styling is appropriate for the product, use heat protectant and moderate heat.
- Protect the hair with satin or silk while sleeping.
Returns & Exchanges 3-business-day requests · Unused items only
Request deadline: Return and exchange requests must be submitted within 3 business days of carrier-confirmed delivery.
Required condition: Products must remain unused, unwashed, uninstalled, uncut, uncolored, unbrushed, uncombed, unraveled, and otherwise unaltered, with the original packaging, ties, tags, accessories, and configuration intact.
Customer-preference returns: Returns based on preference, an incorrect selection, or a change of mind are not free. The customer is responsible for return shipping and applicable outbound or replacement shipping costs.
Verified HHC error: Her Hair Company covers approved return shipping only for a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Authorization required: Do not send any product until written approval and the correct return instructions have been issued.

Brazilian Double Drawn 3 Bundles: Fullness and Options
The Double Drawn finish is selected for a fuller-looking profile through the lengths and ends. It does not guarantee that every strand has exactly the same measurement or that every installed hairstyle will have identical fullness. The number of bundles and final haircut still matter.
Straight or Body Wave, equal or mixed lengths?
Current choices include three matching 18-, 20- or 22-inch bundles in either Straight or Body Wave, alongside graduated 18 / 20 / 22-inch options. Straight works for a sleek finish; Body Wave gives a softer starting bend. Check both texture and all three length measurements in the selected variant.
Fit the amount to your installation
