Please note all of hair is 100% human hair without any chemical treatment and all hair cuticle are intact, so it's easy to tangle just like real hair without proper maintenance, if there is any hair that's not tangle at all, then the issue is they used chemical to remove all cuticle and compromise on the quality of hair. Also it's common to have some hair dropped from weft cutting point if you go for sew in or quick weave. Since u need to cut the weft into few pieces.

That's why our curl can't hold permanently like the chemical applied curly hair. Normally the curl should be able to hold for 1 month or so with proper maintenance, if your curl holding time is less than it, please reach out to our service team with email shown on website(sorry I can't write down the email address here due to limitation from shop app), and we will help you out to find out the problem and fix it for sure.
