Speaking of the smell, it’s coming from the hot steam chamber used for texture process. As u know all of our hair is non-chemical processes. So the only way we use to do texture is hot steam chamber. Since it’s a complete sealed container, no ventilation system inside to ensure a vacuum chamber, there will be sort of smell generated inside of chamber, and recently due to the sales season, all facilities are working 100% load, all chambers are working 24/7, no time for air ventilation. That’s where the smell comes from.

But we guarantee u this smell is 100% safe, no damage to human being at all. As long as u can have time to keep those hair in open area for few hours, the smell will be gone.

I loveeee the fullness of these Burmese curly bundles😍! They did the job so perfectly!

The original hair part is nice, however it doesn’t hold curls too long. I had to recurl too soon!

Hi, love, thx for shopping with her hair company and leave your comments here for quality approvement, since our hair is all chemical free, we don't use any chemical to do curl, only hot steam will be applied to do the texture. That's why our curl can't hold permanently like the chemical applied curly hair. Normally the curl should be able to hold for 1 month or so with proper maintenance, if your curl holding time is less than it, please reach out to our service team with email shown on website(sorry I can't write down the email address here due to limitation from shop app), and we will help you out to find out the problem and fix it for sure.
