Return Policy
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of human hair products, all items must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered to qualify for return or exchange. All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival.
If the return is due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping.
Returns
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery by email: info@herhaircompany.com
No returns or exchanges will be accepted on used, washed, installed, cut, or altered hair products.
Exchanges
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery.
- Products must be unused and in original condition.
- Exchanges are limited to two per order.
- Products may only be exchanged for items of equal or greater value.
- Customers are responsible for reshipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.
Return and Exchange Procedure
All return and exchange requests are handled via email only.
Step 1: Inspect Your Order
Upon delivery, inspect your item(s) to confirm texture, length, and quality. Do not wash, install, cut, color, or alter the hair.
Step 2: Contact Us by Email
Email info@herhaircompany.com within 3 business days with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos
- A brief description of the issue
Step 3: Receive Authorization
Once approved via email, you will receive return or exchange instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Step 4: Ship the Item Back
Be sure to write your order number clearly on the shipping label, and please provide us with the tracking number once you’ve sent it.

Refund Process & Shipping Fees
We will process your refund once the hair is received, inspected, and confirmed to be unused.
The refund will cover only the cost of the hair you purchased (excluding freight). Original shipping fees will be deducted from your total refund:
- FEDEX (2 days): $10 will be deducted
- UPS (1-2 days): $20 will be deducted
