Requests must be submitted within 3 business days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date. Eligible products must remain unused, unwashed, uninstalled, uncut, uncolored, unbrushed, uncombed, unraveled, and otherwise unaltered.

No. Customers are responsible for return shipping when the request is based on preference, an incorrect selection, or a change of mind.
