1) Product Quality & Natural Variation
At Her Hair Company Inc., customer satisfaction is important to us. Every order is hand-inspected by our fulfillment team prior to shipment. Due to the nature of human hair and the fact that each bundle may come from a different donor, we cannot guarantee exact color, curl pattern, or texture uniformity.
Texture Disclaimer
Virgin human hair is unique and no two bundles are exactly alike. Photos on our website are provided as a general reference. Some variation in texture, wave pattern, and feel is normal (e.g., more coarse vs. more sleek, looser vs. tighter curl).
Color Disclaimer
We supply unprocessed virgin hair that typically comes in natural shades around 1B (Off Black / Natural Dark Brown). Screen settings and lighting may also affect how color appears online versus in-person.
Chemical Processing Disclaimer
Coloring, lifting, bleaching, perming, or applying chemical treatments may permanently alter hair quality and texture and can increase the risk of dryness, shedding, breakage, tangling, or matting. We strongly recommend that chemical services be performed by a licensed professional.
We are not responsible for product performance after it has been altered from its original state.
2) Sales Policy (Final Sale)
Due to the hygienic nature of human hair products and to protect our customers, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, dissatisfaction with expected color/texture variation, or any product that has been used, installed, washed, cut, colored, or altered.
3) Pricing, Discounts & Coupons
Pricing
The price shown at checkout is the only price that will be honored for that order. Prices and promotions may change at any time without notice. Promotional pricing announced after an order is placed cannot be applied retroactively.
Discount Codes / Coupons
Discount codes may be limited to regularly priced items unless otherwise stated. Discount codes cannot be applied to existing, pending, or shipped orders. Coupon stacking is not permitted unless explicitly noted.
4) Payment Terms & Fraud Prevention
You must be 18 years or older to place an order. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards through PayPal merchant processing. When you place an order, your payment method will be charged.
We have zero tolerance for fraud and theft. Orders may be placed under a verification process, especially when billing and shipping information differ. Verification may require additional documentation (e.g., government-issued photo ID) to protect customers and prevent unauthorized transactions. This may delay shipment.
Once payment is made, orders cannot be canceled for a refund.
5) Order Processing & Product Availability
Order Processing
We do not operate on weekends. Orders placed Friday through Sunday are typically processed the following business day (or next business day after a holiday). Processing times may extend during sales events or holidays.
Product Availability
If a product is out of stock, it will display as “Sold Out” or “Unavailable.” You may email us with the item you want and your contact information to request a restock notification. We do not reserve inventory, and notifications are provided as a courtesy.
Prices, specifications, and availability may change without notice.
6) Shipping Timeframes & Delivery
Processing & Shipping
Standard processing time is typically 48–72 hours prior to shipment. Processing time may change due to sales, holidays, or verification requirements. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
International Orders & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or additional fees upon delivery. These fees are determined by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility. We do not control or collect these fees.
No refunds will be issued for refused, abandoned, or disposed packages.
Returned-to-Sender / Reshipment
If a shipment is returned to us, the customer is responsible for any additional reshipment costs.
Delivery Confirmation
We may ship using USPS, FedEx, or UPS depending on the selected service. Please ensure the delivery recipient is available. In many cases, signatures may be waived. If a package is marked delivered but not received, we can assist you in contacting the carrier; however, we are not responsible for theft after delivery confirmation.
Shipping Delays
Carrier delays can occur due to weather, holidays, natural disasters, or service disruptions. Shipping charges are not refundable due to delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.
Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address (including apartment/unit numbers). Address corrections after shipment may result in carrier fees that will be charged to the customer. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.
Lost Shipments
If tracking shows a discrepancy or the package appears lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible. We may open an investigation with the carrier, which can take 7–10 business days (or longer depending on the carrier). Resolution is not guaranteed and depends on the carrier’s investigation outcome.
7) Route Shipping Insurance
We offer optional shipping protection through Route at checkout (where available). If selected, Route may provide an expedited resolution for eligible lost, stolen, or damaged shipments after a claim is filed.

8) Exchanges (If Eligible)
Her Hair Company Inc., at its sole discretion, may approve an exchange under limited conditions:
- Requests must be made within 3 business days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition.
- We do not accept items that have been installed, washed, brushed, combed, cut, colored, or otherwise altered.
- Exchange items must be of equal or greater value (customer pays any difference).
- Customer is responsible for return/reshipment costs unless the exchange is due to our fulfillment error.
- Store credit may be issued for approved differences; we do not refund costs.

9) Care Guidance (General)
Installing
We recommend shampooing and conditioning your virgin hair extensions prior to installing.
Washing
- Wash with lukewarm water
- Do not aggressively massage or twist the hair
- Apply a generous amount of conditioner
- Avoid applying conditioner directly to attachment points
- Air dry whenever possible (do not rub hair with a towel)
Styling note: many customers use 3 bundles for a full look; for 18" and longer, 3–4 bundles may be preferred depending on desired fullness.
10) Policy Changes
Her Hair Company Inc. reserves the right to update prices, policies, and procedures at any time. Please review this page periodically for updates.
11) Intellectual Property, Submissions & Limitations of Liability
Trademarks & Copyright
All content on this site (including text, graphics, logos, images, and media) is owned by or licensed to Her Hair Company Inc. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, privacy, and other laws.
Submissions
Except for personal information, any communication or material submitted to Her Hair Company Inc. may be treated as non-confidential and may be used for lawful business purposes including reproduction, publication, or product/service improvements. By submitting materials, you represent that you have the rights to do so.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Her Hair Company Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a product purchase will not exceed the total amount paid for the product(s) in the applicable order.
