I brought 3 bundles 16, 18, 20 inches of the deep loose way. I wash them first before my install and the waves w all still there. I would buy thehair again

This is the worst hair I have ever ordered. I paid $396 for it, expecting Burmese wavy hair, but it arrived straight. After numerous washes, it’s still quite smelly and shedding extensively during washing, so you can only imagine how badly it sheds after blow-drying and curling. The hair also has uneven lengths throughout, with strands of different sizes and textures. I honestly can't believe the poor quality of this product.

Hi, sweetie, we are deeply sorry for your bad experience with us. Regarding the texture, loose deep wave will be kind of straight compared with wavy or curly hair, and honestly speaking, it'll be more and more straight after numerous washing. And regaridng the smell, it's from the steam chamber used for heating process during producing. That's a complete sealed space, and after long term using, the steam chamber will be with slight smell, and the smell adheres to the hair, since the workers immediatelly put the hair in the plastic bag, the smell got no place to vanish. It's not about the quality of hair. Once you leave the hair at open area for 1-2 hours, the smell will be gone. For hair strand lengths, as this is not double drawn hair, so all hair strands will not be same length, but this fullness a balance of both hair quality and cost, as a matter of fact, it's more full compared with most of products in the market. Also can u send us some pic regaridng shedidng?

Beautiful hair but does not hold a curl. I have even tried overnight rollers. The best I can get is a little wave. The hair sheds but it isn't enough to complain about.
