Do not alter before inspection: Do not wash, brush, comb, unravel, install, cut, color, bleach, tint, pluck, or otherwise change the product if you may need to request a return or exchange.
- Moisturize as needed, detangle gently, limit excessive heat, and protect the hair at night
- Detangle gently from the ends upward.
- Use moisturizing products suitable for the texture and rinse thoroughly.
- If heat styling is appropriate for the product, use heat protectant and moderate heat.
- Protect the hair with satin or silk while sleeping.

Request deadline: Return and exchange requests must be submitted within 3 business days of carrier-confirmed delivery.
Required condition: Products must remain unused, unwashed, uninstalled, uncut, uncolored, unbrushed, uncombed, unraveled, and otherwise unaltered, with the original packaging, ties, tags, accessories, and configuration intact.
Customer-preference returns: Returns based on preference, an incorrect selection, or a change of mind are not free. The customer is responsible for return shipping and applicable outbound or replacement shipping costs.
Verified HHC error: Her Hair Company covers approved return shipping only for a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Brazilian Body Wave Hair is a soft, flowing texture that can create a relaxed sew-in or be styled into fuller curls. This three-bundle deal has both same-length and graduated-length selections, so the way you choose your lengths changes the final shape.
Same-length or graduated bundles?
The current selector includes equal-length 10/10/10 and 12/12/12 sets, as well as graduated combinations such as 18/20/22 and 26/28/30 inches. A graduated set provides different starting lengths for layered styling; an equal-length set gives your stylist more hair at one listed measurement. Neither option guarantees a particular finished density or haircut.
Plan the top of your install
Before checkout, decide whether you will use natural leave-out or add a separate lace closure or frontal. The texture, color and length of your top piece should coordinate with the bundles and intended part. Confirm exact availability for your chosen set, rather than assuming every length combination is always in stock.
