The hair is not bad

The hair is not bad. It is thick and colored well, my only issue is it sheds more than I would like every time I brush it.

Please note all of hair is 100% human hair without any chemical treatment and all hair cuticle are intact, so it's easy to tangle just like real hair without proper maintenance, if there is any hair that's not tangle at all, then the issue is they used chemical to remove all cuticle and compromise on the quality of hair. Also it's common to have some hair dropped from weft cutting point if you go for sew in or quick weave. Since u need to cut the weft into few pieces.

This is my first time of trying out their bundles and omg it's amazing!The texture and fullness is chef kiss! It doesn't even tangle,I can run my fingers through the bundles seamlessly.I also received so many compliments because it was fuller than I expected

The original hair part is nice, however it doesn’t hold curls too long. I had to recurl too soon!

Hi, love, thx for shopping with her hair company and leave your comments here for quality approvement, since our hair is all chemical free, we don't use any chemical to do curl, only hot steam will be applied to do the texture. That's why our curl can't hold permanently like the chemical applied curly hair. Normally the curl should be able to hold for 1 month or so with proper maintenance, if your curl holding time is less than it, please reach out to our service team with email shown on website(sorry I can't write down the email address here due to limitation from shop app), and we will help you out to find out the problem and fix it for sure.
